2065 Morris Avenue
Horsford & Poteat Realty in conjunction with CMC DEVELOPMENT LLC and MASTERMIND MANAGEMENT LTD, propose to develop NEW units of rental affordable housing at 2065 Morris Avenue in the Mount Hope section of the Bronx. The new project will be an 11 story building consisting of 14 Studios, 8 one-bedroom, and 41 two-bedroom units. The proposed 2065 Morris Avenue project is an effort to address the lack of affordable family housing in the Bronx. 2065 Morris Avenue will provide safe, decent, affordable housing for low-income families at risk of homelessness.

Horsford and Poteat Realty in conjunction with BOS Development and Church of the Master ("COM") are sponsoring the development of "The Robinson", a 13 story, 54 unit cond-op on the corner lot currently owned by COM at the intersection of 122nd Street and Morningside.

Colon Plaza
Horsford & Poteat Realty in partnership with Colon Plaza Associates, LP and the 116th Street Block Association, a DHCR Neighborhood Preservation Company, propose to develop a new construction of 55 affordable residential units on three city-owned lots located at 53-57 East 115th Street between Park and Madison Avenues in East Harlem's Community Board 11. The Colon Plaza project is an effort to address the lack of affordable family housing in a rapidly gentrifying neighborhood in Manhattan's Upper Eastside. Eleven apartments will be reserved to provide comfortable, modern housing for 11 homeless families.

New Foundations
Horsford & Poteat Realty was awarded 9 vacant lots by HPD to construct 12 affordable new homes--9 two-family & 3 three-family homes--for a total of 27 units, through the New Foundations Homeownership Program Round III. The 9 vacant lots are in the East New York section of Brooklyn.
The building will feature rapidly renewable "green" amenities such as sophisticated bamboo wood flooring and tasteful cabinetry made of strawboard, sunflower seed or wheat grass. The exterior of the building will have attractive brick veneer on the front and elegant vinyl siding on the side. Local materials will be used whenever possible.
